Orders
What makes a good photo?
- What makes your photo suitable:
1. Your whole face must be visible.
2. Your photo should not be too dark.
3. Your photo should not be too bright.
4. Your photo should not be too blurry.
Should I crop the photo?
- No, we take responsibility for cropping your photo in the best way.
If you still insist on cropping it yourself, just upload the already cropped photo.
Will the print fade over time?
- We use a high-quality printing process called sublimation. If you take good care of your product, it will look like new even after the 1000th wash!
Can I see what the product will look like before I receive it?
- Unfortunately, our system does not allow this. But don't worry! If your photo does not meet our requirements, we will ask you for another one. We want you to fall in love with your order!
Can I only attach human faces?
- No. We can put whatever you want on socks, a cushion, a card, a towel, underwear... and whatever else we offer at the moment you are reading this.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- The standard delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days, starting from the moment of order. All orders with the priority option are processed with priority and are usually shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 PM.
What if my product is incorrect?
